Yamata FY335A Triple Feed Walking Foot Lockstitch Cylinder Arm Industrial Sewing Machine: This machine adopts compound feed structure, when sewing muti material the inner layer won’t move. It can be used for sofa manufacturing, wrapping shoes and sewing high grade sports equipment that has complex shapes.
This machine is designed with a sliding lever to take up thread and horizontal hook catch thread, which produces lockstitch. Upper and lower shafts are driven by bevel gears; lever type stitch regulator, compound feed by feed dog, needle feed and walking foot; high presser foot stroke and lifter, and long stitch length, cylinder bed. It works well whether the surface of materials is smooth or rough. It makes multi-layer sewing of leather and vinyl materials easier.
The FY335 is a Medium to Heavy Duty Walking Foot Cylinder Bed, with Compound Needle Feed or (Unison Feed) Lockstitch Sewing Machine with an “M” size Big Bobbin and end of the cylinder Big Size Rotating Hook mechanism. The FY335 machine includes a lever operated stitch length mechanism with a reverse feed regulator for back tacking and stitching in reverse. Some additional features of the FY335A includes a semi-automatic lubrication system. The machine sews thread from size z-46 up to size z-207 in the needle with up to z-138 in the bobbin.
MACHINE APPLICATION:
It’s widely used for binding sewing on the medium to heavy weight materials such as handbags, shoes, and other cylinder-type materials that involve binding sewing. Unison feed via a synchronized binder-feed dog feed, top feed, and needle feed assures full and smooth binding operation – given that a proper binding attachment is used.
